Guest king ratcatcher Posted October 27, 2006 Report Share Posted October 27, 2006 After seing some rat sighns down the garden (new burrows ect) i thought id chuck some bait out the other night, put some liquidised sweetcorn with some almond food flavouring mixed in, lovely, anyway i put it out and left it over night, they had nibbled at it when i had a look in the morning, but didnt take much, so tonight i put out some bird seed, i went out with the s16 and lamp on top, sat out for about 20 minutes or so, then see a glowing light down the bottom where there bait is, looked through the scope and it wasnt what i hoped, whilst looking through the scope, a rat come walking from under the shed upto the bait, then of it went, not long after it was straight back, put the cross hairs inbetween its eyes and wack !!!!! down he goes onto hes side not a twitch from the fooker, hit it just underneith the eye and it went straight into its body, got a couple of piccies .......... distance .... 15 yards pellet .... accupell .22 deffonatley a female ....
