lamper123 0 Posted April 6, 2010 Report Share Posted April 6, 2010 susex are good layers an if you leave the eggs in the nest box then they will go broody. the are good mums and the chicks are very hardy. they are also good for meat so theres the problem of the excess cockerels soughted.
