iv got the same problem mate, only time we make a decent bag is after harvest. i tend to do alot of crow decoying, theres always plenty of them about.

Got the same problem where i am mate there is more flying round our village than you see in the fields, Got to travel 45 miles to another place to do some pigeon shooting but its well worth it.

after work today i saw someone having a blast up on a freshly drilled field , i watched him take 50 birds in an hour

 

all good signs a couple more weeks and i will give em a hard time again

124 is our best day, but thats 2 of us. we normally say 40-60 in a day is pretty good. fresh cut silage fields or flattened barley seems to be best for us and a decent wind helps. i use about 20 decoys and 2 dead crows on floaters. it works for us but there clever buggers so youve gotta get stuck in when you can!!!!
