Humane pistol

Anyone out there with semi auto's "pistols". It seems that the MET have put forward a message to FEO's to seize all semi pistols (mine included).

I've spoken to BASC and have a full membership, but their Firearm chap wasn't very helpfull to say the least. The imformation he gave me was because i surendered my pistol (i was given no choice) then i have no legal recourse.

I've just been to see my solicitor who is sending a letter off to demand my property back, but i don't know if it'll do any good. If you're FEO turns up and asks for you're pistol do not hand it over unless you get a parshall revocation which gives you a legal right of appeal.

What firearms departments are still issuing semi auto tickets and are still happy to do so ???

hi busterdog, that takes the piss, y are they retrieving them all, if you dont mind me asking how did you get the slot for a humane dispatch pistol on your ticket?

I emigrated out of the UK because of this issue, I hate to think what the righteous baskets have cost me in financial terms plus the loss of rights to live in my homeland under the rules that had worked well for millenia.

i applied for a section 5 humane for dispatch of live traped foxes was granted it full time fox controller + being a pesti helped but refused a semi have to have a 2 shot revolver transport safe in van and holster when leaveing van to job and returning to van .
