boyo 1,398 Posted February 21, 2010 Report Share Posted February 21, 2010 i really believe most dogs can be taught to lamp and catch quarry on the lamp many many years ago a freind had a pure border collie quite leggy and this caught rabbits for fun on the lamp and made it look easy .if you put the work into them most lurchers will become handy lampers . but if you keep them locked up and only go out once in a while their never going to be up to much .
