applying for 243 for deer

i was wondering if enyone can tell me can i apply for 243 for deer with out having any land is it a good enough reason for paid stalking where the land could be indifferent locations??????

do you meen paid stalking meaning you go out on your own or by going out with expirenced stalkers ???????????

If this is your first centrefire rifle and you have at least DSC1 and/or reference letters from accompanied stalks then probablly yes but i anticipate it would be a no if it is only because you say you 'intend to' ie actions speak louder than words. Good luck.
