What sort of camera do you have now? Are you looking for a brand new camera or secondhand? A point & shoot compact, a Digital SLR, or something in between? There are so many different cameras out there now, so we need a little more info! Also what type of photography are you most interested in

If you're looking for a new DSLR I may just have what you're looking for :)

There's a few good camera's on the market that would serve you well, i have Canon's so i can only speak of them but there are a few Nikon shooters on here as well, that i'm sure could give you more info on them, if you didn't want to go into a full DSLR you might like to try a Canon G10 or G11, i have one and its an amazing little camera its about the size of a bigger P&S it has the same lens that the L class lens ( the Rolls Royce of canon lens), you can use it like a P&S or you can turn it completely Manual, it has a 3" screen and i think the G11 has about 15 mp, if you'd rather have a DSLR then i would recommend an XSi or something simillar, not the T1i, unless you want the video camera in the deal as well, but you loose alot of good Photography features for the bonus of having Video, just a few options

good luck with whatever you choose

well i am looking for a Digital SLR but i dont want anything to big and for what i will be taking pic of i dont know. i do alot of walking so what ever i see out and about, some nice landscape and good shots of the wildlife. what is it that you have?

I have a brand new Pentax K-x with 18-55 lens for about 50 quid less than high street shop price. The camera has good reviews, and also does video, but as I haven't used it I can't say much more about it... It would be a good combo for landscape, but for wildlife you'd need a longer lens.
