mk3m finder and collars

Hi all, just wondering what's the best type of batteries to use for the mk3m receiver and collar and where to buy, cos theres that many different makes ? just bought one of them battery testers of ebay £4.95 are they any good?

The ones I use are Seiko SR936'S, steer clear of the pound shop stuff though.........

i use 394s rayovac or renata and the battery testers are great but a wee bit of advice i have just learnt when testing the button batterys use the bottom thin green line and not fat red and green line on the top like i have been doing
