Need a letter of permission

Has anybody got a letter of permission that i could download? maybe one that looks very professional?

Permission is for ferreting for rabbit's with nets Yes/No and Dogs Yes/No

 

It is emphasized that this permission applies only for legal activities and should the permission holder commit any illegal act on the above land the permission will be rescinded.
