Hi Alexisrouzee,

I see that you use a Gun Power Storm buddy,

I used to own one until recently. They are very under estimated rifle and have gained some bad press in the past, but sure do fill game bags.

Mine was a custom one that a friend of mine did up for me from new.

It had a power adjuster option which enabled me to either shoot at 11.8 FP, 24 FP or 54 FP. Obviously you need a FAC for this to happen.

I used to use it mostly at 11.8 FP as I liked the idea that it could easily take down rabbits at 50 metres.

I used .22 calibre Bisley Magnums in it up to 24 FP and then Bullet heads at 54 FP as the Magnums would almost get turned inside out.

I once when out lamping with Festa from this site and I hit a 63 metre bunny clinically in the brain, exiting the head out the other side at 24 FP.

I sold it to my friend who now as it on his FAC, along with his shot guns.

Here is my old one

Thats the bloke i think that did mine mate.

is he from the Middlands near Ollerton?

Si

no im pretty certain he is from aberdeen, i mean this bloke really knows his stuff, i sent him my whole valve assembly and he told me that it had been engineered wrong and the front valve insert hole was 5.01mm but it should be 4.75mm..... creating a lot of loss of air...

i am a sensible bloke and i dont brake the law hence the chrono but the gun could easily do 50ftlb no problem, its an amazing bit of kit
