sally12 0 Posted January 28, 2010 Report Share Posted January 28, 2010 i have a patt x border and she is about 2yrs olds and i work her for the first time with another dog on stephens day .. she did grand stayed in got no pick nothin.. she was in heat then for awhile and i brought her out sunday when she was out and early in the day i worked her off the pocket and she did good got a pick or 2 but drove on and didn t come out .. that was fine went to ground later on said this is her time to shine collared her up in she went marked for about 10 mins and came out with a few picks ????? ..i said bo**ox .in went another terrier and worked her off the pocket again but only worked proparly with another dog .. would like if ye told me do ye think he has it to go it alone or wat ..? cheers lads Quote Link to post

I know this is not very helpful and it is only MY opinoin but i would not give her any more in the pocket. What you will find is that after too many of these she will go in every hole two foot and come out. She will keep thinking her game should only be two foot in. I hope all works out for you.
