It is good for portrait photography as well as macro and close up work. I am just not using it at present, so it will go to make room for something else. I have attached a couple of rough shots taken just to show its uses. These are not representative of the quality that can be achieved. I took them under electric light off a tripod. Enclosed is the original sigma carry case, the lens hood and lens covers. The optics are in grade 1 condition. It works with digital cameras, but I can not guarantee for the newer ones. these pictures were taken on an EOS10d. It will therefore probably work with others.
