Guest craftycarper
A quick trip out with the ferts this morning to give one of this years kits a run with her mother, and also to try out the 25 yard longnet i was given recently now that i have untangled it from the mess the previous owner had left it in. In all not a great numbers day but the young un bolted it's first rabbit and the net although a bit short, worked well especially with the leaded bottom line which was great in amongst all the long grass and snags that were present. 3 bagged, one slipped the net, and a great soaking was had by all when the heavens opened up. Still an enjoyable couple of hours and heres looking forward to the frosts arriving, the sooner the better as the vegetation here is still waist high and growing.
