Guest jeff.s Posted September 25, 2006 Report Share Posted September 25, 2006 WE WENT OUT FOR A MOOCH THIS MORNING, THERE WASNT A GREAT DEAL ABOUT SO I PUT MY DOGS ON THERE LEADS AND TOLD THE WIFE TO PUT HER YOUNG BITCH ON THE SLIP. HER BITCH IS 15 MONTHS OLD AND HAS DONE VERY LITTLE SHE WAS TOO YOUNG LAST YEAR, SHE,D HAD A COUPLE OF RABBITS BUT RAN ROUND THE FIELD WITH THEM, ANYWAY IT WAS HER FIRST TRIP OUT THIS SEASON AND IS VERY KEEN, THERE WAS A RABBIT IN THE SAND DUNES ABOUT 30 YARDS AWAY SO THE WIFE SLIP HER, SHE TOOK OFF AND TOOK IT WITH EASE, THE BEST PART WAS SHE HAD GOT OVER RUNNING ABOUT WITH HER CATCH AND RETRIEVED IT LIVE TO HAND, THE WIFE WAS OVER THE MOON WITH HER, SHE IS ALSO HUNTING FOR HERSELF NOW NOT LEAVING IT UP TO THE OLDER DOGS, jeff Quote Link to post
