i have a greyhound[fighting bitch ,banned of the track] ready to breed so i was on two minds weather to breed a greyhound bull to her, the greyhound bull i have in mind is a straight cross, he is hard as nails, afraid of nothing, the only problem is you can,t work him with any lurcher,s or terriers. my pack holds three lurchers,[greyhound, greyhound x suluki] [three quarter greyhound wheaton] and three patterdale x russells, and they can all work together as a team........earthmover

I reckon if you breed them and galvanise the pup from the start you should be ok,has the dog you want to use been socialised from day one with other dogs working or otherwise, agression towards other dogs is something that can be corrected in my opinion rather than a genetic trait, though I may be wrong, see what others say about it

cheers chris

depends how they were brought up if they both were well socialised but still are aggressive then don't breed if tthey were kept around other aggressive dogs from day one then its probably how they think they should act or how they had to act to stop from getting killed!! no -one on here knows the dogs like you so its your decision!!

personally mate. if i were you i would definatley cross her.... greyhounds are quite a docile animal and in my opinon a further cross to greyhound should be ok... plus a good up bringing will help! i dont know much about the greyhound racing scene but i know that it takes very little to get a dog banned.
