My mate runs a Beddy Whippet that is amazing on the rabbits and good on the charlie for the size of her.

with my experience in the beddy lurcher is there are alot of looky likey beddy greys sold as first x's or badly bred ones, which i think give people the wrong impression of a genuine first x, but the the genuine beddy grey is second to none(if you get one that is bred from the right type of dogs). they can not be beat imo heart, courage, stamina, brains, coat, jaw power, willing to please, but abit stubben at times, will always be my first choice of lurcher, even though i have seen alot of different types of dogs run including bull x i have yet to see many dogs put as much heart into catching and despatching not just one or two types of quary but everything, as my old boy which i sadly take things abit easier now with him as he's getting on abit. this is only my thoughts the end of the day, each to there own.
