chester 147 Posted December 14, 2009 Report Share Posted December 14, 2009 for folk that ain't 2 hot in the kitchen cube your venison or joint your hare brown the meat in a pan remove to a side dish add 1 onion and soften then add 1 clove crushed garlic stir for a few seconds add a chopped carrot or 2 and 1 mug of oxo gravy bring to the boil. add the mix 2 a casserole dish or slow cooker along with the meat. now for the cheat bit add a couple of tins of Baxter's royal game soup. place in the oven at 120 for 4/5 hours till tender stir occasionally. serve with a nice plate of mash tatties:thumbs: Quote Link to post Share on other sites
