arranged another trip up to a pemission we havnt ferreted for a couple of months, got there late ( 10 am )as it was the works do last night :drink: , arrived on farm & set up nets after about an hour 1 bolted, but not seen my jill surface so got locator out to get a location, wierd thing i kept getting a signal near the ferret box, so i thought she isnt in there, did an about turn & tried to get a signal again, but once again signal kept showing towards the ferret box, out of curiousity i opened the box & there was my jill lol :wallbash: , waited about an other hour then decided to lift the nets & head off over the other side, along the way over to the warren my mate mentioned the next feild , he could see rabbits heading for holes, unfortunately we dont have permission on that side, curiosity got the better of us & we ended up straying over the fence, about 10 mins after, my mate said farmers here, to which i was expecting world war 3 to break out, my mate went to speak to him to be told " fine lads your welcome on here anytime ( i was gobsmacked because when my mate was younger he got salt pellet in his azz for poaching lol )we ended up with total of 3 for the young ferrets & another 100 acres or so of permission, which is good land & great for hawking on which i plan on getting next year, just got to go back through the week & get him to sign the permission slip & have a look about, have included a couple of pics , not good ones as they are from the mobile, regards john
