I have around 6lb of fresno and jalapeno peppers and fancy a chutney or some preserve out of them, any recipes?? ;)

 

 

This is what I do with my Jalepenos

For every cup of vinegar, use

 

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pickling spices

Heat mixture to boiling. Pour over peppers so that they are well covered.

Seal jars. Process 10 minutes in hot water bath.

 

 

I use mine on Pizzas and Nacho's
