dmick 22 Posted October 30, 2009 Report Share Posted October 30, 2009 being trying to track down a picture or drawing of a lark cage for awhile now and having no luck , they were popular round the 40s and 50s in wales and south coast of ireland ? there was a place to put a sod of grass in the bottom , any help much appreciated ,have no intention of keeping a lark a mate wants to try and build one . dmick 22 Posted October 31, 2009 Author Report Share Posted October 31, 2009 i was told in the town im from that there was a terrace of houses and that bout half of them would have there lark cages hanging outside during the summer it was a busy port during that time with lots of traffic back and forth from wales what got me goin again was reading the notorious poacher and there was a piece bout netting larks ?
