Just bought a new rifle and scope combo and out tonight....... :(

If the gun is brand new did you give the barrel a good cleaning before shooting it....?

 

check to see that the scope has no right or left cant on it, by making sure the crosshairs are vertically straight...

 

check all mounts, screws are tight...

 

 

then try a few different brands of ammo..

 

if still no joy, try changing the scope and seeing does that help.
