Out with this years kits for the first time

Went out this morning with four of this years kits that I've kept, didn't bother with nets as it was more a training exercise really. You know the score find out who's the best and keenest that sort of thing. Well put two jills down in a small warren 3 - 4 holes with one of my older worker jills and let them get on with it, the jrt who I always call usless was well on form marking and waiting paitiently for the action to start the big old dog was busy ignoring the situation cleaning (He's earnt his keep and done his bit, he is 12 now after all) well the bunnies came flying out thick and fast the thumping was everywhere after about 5 bolters tilly grabbed one and shook it :clapper: after that the action stopped so I changed fezzers and put down two males on their own after a couple of minutes the polecat male came back up so I lifted him out and put him in the box waited for the albi to show himself 5 minutes passed I'm starting to get worried why did't I fetch the collars thump wtf was that tilly ran over to another hole about 10 - 15 meters away and started going crazy in the bushes I got there and the albi somehow had made it to another warren without me seeing him leave and locked onto the back end of an old buck tilly finished him of and I got the fezzer back bonus. Thought hey up like this boys got talent so walked to another burrow about the same size and put him in on his own, out thundered a few rabs maybe 3 - 4 but unfortunately the bag just wasn't destined to be increased here. Point is he stayed down for ages thoroughly making sure it was empty yep reckon he's gonna be a cracker when he's older.

 

On a sad note when I went to get the fezzers this morning my hutch door was wide open and all ten ferrets out running amok well nine. My very best working jill the mother to the albino male I used today has gone missing problem is I'm not sure if I've left the latch unlocked last night when I fed them, not like me as I always double check and I'm pretty certain that I did as none of the alarms (flashbangs) went off so leaves one possibility..... sabotage. Last night whilst lamping came across some little pricks on my permission told them to get the fuuck off and another lad appears who is the son of the bloke I'm lamping with told him to get to fuuck or face a good hiding aswell just hoping it aint got owt to do with that, as I will kill him if I find out it has.
