old real tree 92 Posted October 1, 2009 Report Share Posted October 1, 2009 hi guys im soon to be the owner of a saluki/grey x whippet and i was wondering what would be the best food to give her, she is 18 months old and already catching bunnys day and night, what and where can i get it from , and can i buy it in bulk... what do you guys keep bulk food in? sorry for the silly basic questions..... first time to keep a dog in a kennel out side the house.... bigdan 11 Posted October 1, 2009 Report Share Posted October 1, 2009 i feed mine raw chicken wings it does them the world of good and also complete buiscets you need to find a poltury wholesale 6 pound in money not weight does mine for 2-3 weeks and i feed them well i also perg them once a week on different days to let th digestive system catch up and i dont feed them for at least 1-2 hours after a hunt or run for the digestive system it it dont have to be expensive to feed them in all cost me for 3 dogs about a fiver a week thats 2 terriers and a saluki x Quote Link to post Share on other sites

There are loads of threads on this so you will find all the info you need by doing a quick search, also try searching the working dogs health + training section as it has been thouroughly covered in there aswell.
