Surely giving pictures of half naked children to the RSPB cannot be acceptable.

Dear Sir or Madam,

 

1] Please supply all the information that you hold on the criteria

for releasing pictures of Semi naked children to the RSPB and the

safeguard to protect children from such events that have recently

occurred.

 

2] Also, please supply all the information that you hold on the

criteria for allowing the RSPB access to pictures of children and

where children actual live while on police raids and the safeguards

to protect our children. For example do the RSPB have CRB checks

like everyone else who could come in contact with children and do

the police check the CRB checks on each person on the raid?

 

3] Given the two questions above please supply all the information

that you hold on giving the RSPB unsupervised access to children’s

pictures and where the children actually live.

 

Please address your legal duty to supply the information requested

from a public body and the overriding duty of care to protect

children from the potential of any threat to their safety.

 

I hope you can put our concerns to rest by complying with the legal

duty supply the information requested and the information shows

there is no potential threat to children.

I wish people would not "quote" on these long posts, it makes miles of stuff to scroll through.

Derek, as the RSPB will not be calling on 99% of folks on here, would you like to summarise the reasons for your post?

I can only see two links, one is about RSPB on raids, and the other is about partly clothed children. I just don't see what you are getting at, and going on the lack of posts, perhaps no one else can?

i take it from reading this and the attached links that this post may be something to do with the evidence gathered during a/some raids on your home??? i take it one of the photos, perhaps of birds/eggs/people with any of the aforementioned were seized and had a picture of your son on it???

 

having read the police response regards to you being 'vexatious', it appears they will not discuss matters any further...if you want any more answers from them you will have to start a legal action if you feel they are in the wrong.

 

if the above is correct then i cant see where any 'harm to your son' would come in.... as in your other posts it is clear that Guy Shorrock has met you and been on raids, he would have seen your son/pictures of your son there in any case. I take it the photo of your son didnt have any other details attached i.e. date of birth, full name etc so there would be little chance of anyone using his details to, lets say open a back account or allow anyone else any contact. like i say i cant see how this would cause any likely harm to your son???

In summaryThe RSPB while on raids with the police have been allowed by the police to take away private pictures of people’s children and computers with pictures of children not to mention search children’s bedrooms. As the picture have nothing do with birds it seems strange why the pictures were taken. The police are ignoring people’s questions in relation to the matter especially the question if the RSPB member involved has had a CRB check. There is no evidence that anything improper has occurred but you cannot be too careful when it come to children therefore when dealing with children the police should be in charge all of the time. Just look at what has occurred in the past with Vickers and even in childcare centres. If the RSPB visit you with the police on a raid over birds and the RSPB with the help of the police started taking away pictures of your semi naked children or filming your child’s bedroom would you not ask questions like ‘have you had a CRB?’ and ‘why are you taking away pictures of my children when you have no right to have my pictures?’.
