FAC Application Question

Hi, i am now completing my first FAC application form

 

I am looking to apply for .17HMR and 22LR rifles. Could some please advise where i mention i wish to have moderators on both rifles.

 

I suspect it is section 19 under type, but what should i put

Next to the type put and moderator

for example 22LR + Moderator

Worst case just mention to FAO when he/she comes round,they just make note on your applications.I didn't put moderator or even FAC air rifle slot on my application, just added on when he came round for interview.
