motorbike proble (drz400)

hi just wondering if anyone can help me?

ive got a suzuki drz400 2006 model which recently broke down the problem is that when you start it and knock it into gear it jus doesnt go anywere , it selects the gear as normal and jus dosnt even move its asif its still in neutral. can anyone help... cheers

im not an expert but wouldent that indicate that the clutch is worn out and needs replacing. i have a few friends that are into moto x and ill ask them for you mate.

yes mate you might be right ive been thinking that myself was just asking peoples opinions and yes ask your mates if you can would be much appreciated cheers

Right just asked and these are his exact words "that may be the gear selector has snaped in side, the engine, i had the same problem with my bike or the clutch has burnt out". i will rack his brains tommorrow for more info because i just woke him up.
