sue 1 Posted August 10, 2009 Report Share Posted August 10, 2009 my mum was taken for a right ride by door to door sales even though she well knows not to buy ,she is 72 and pretty vulnerable at her age ,a young woman tells her a sob story conned my mum out of £170 cash for 2 quilts ,2 quilt covers and 2 pillows and the quilts are just plain hollow fibre nothing special , i phoned the police i know there isnt much they can do now but at least they can keep a look out to stop them getting away with it again . mum has now had the riot act told her from me and my sister ,god help them if i get my hands on them Quote Link to post Share on other sites
