matulkoh 66
Sixty pounds for a pup dosnt sound to bad considering you can pay 150 for most terriers in the uk and you dont know if they are going to make the grade. For me to get a pup id have to find out how to go about getting one imported but were would you start mate if y decided to have one i can manage it for y, i ve got couple friends with great jags, the best way is to come here to slovakia for few days and have a look on some kennels. i think it s cheaper to take a pup on board like to send it by Cargo. http://www.jagdterrierclub.sk/ Edited August 7, 2006 by matulkoh Quote Link to post
Guest ADAM AND HIS DOGS
i had one of those, german hunt terrier. i had to put her down due to the fact that she developed bad skin problems,on the vets advise. she was only young so she never really got started but she was coming along well. she was fiery as fcuk loved a scrap. she and an other bitch of mine had a real hatred for each other, if they took to fighting even a while after i stopped them the german would still be trying to start again like she held a grudge. as long as she was hunting though she was fine. she wasn't any bigger than a lakey or jacker. i'll probably get an other one in the future. i bought mine from a lad in the mid lands of ireland, they had been brought over by a german who moved there. do you know if there are still any jagd terriers over here whitser. i have never seen any ads for them in the papers or magazines. drop me a pm if you know of anymore on irish soil.
