just fitted a laser to the MFR whats the easiest way to zero this should i set zero on the scope, prop the gun up still and then move the laser dot to the pellet hole, i suppose it doesnt have a secondary zero either like a scope but should be good for hold over/under depending on where the dot fallspost-33595-1248952423.jpg

The way that you have that laser mounted on the gun is about as bad as it can get. Its way to far under the barrel. You want to be as close to the bore as possible. Download " Chairgun" from Hawke and have a look at it as that will explain what I am on about.

Ok I'll try to explain.

The thing with lasers is, that the beam of them is fairly straight. So is your line of sight through the scope. The path of the pellet isn't. So you now have 3 lines. The line of the scope pointed slightly down towards the flightpath of the pellet and the laser pointing up to do the same. You can get all three three to meet at one point, but as the whole thing is now set up in a sort of cross-eyed kind of way, things get very quickly out of alignment before and after this one point where all three meet.

If you have problems understannding my ramblings, PM me your MSN thingy and I'll try to sort it out with you step by step.
