Guest duro Posted July 22, 2006 Report Share Posted July 22, 2006 (edited) was in Spain last week so the staff x jack russell was in boarding kennell.(no other options) got him out yesterday and asked the bloke how the dog was..no problem,just off his food a bit he says. got the boy home and he was well starving.. jumped up onto the table where i was cutting up some chicken. today i notice the dogs tail is hanging straight down after about 3 inches out from its base. had a feel at it but couldnt feel anything wrong and dog didnt seem to show signs of pain when getting the tail checked. when the dog heard the neighbours dog having a bark its tail was straight up in the air and barking away. the dog seems alright but it just doesnt look right walking about with the tail hanging down between its legs as though its just had a beating. the only other problem is its got a dose of the skitters and he has a lot of redness under his eyes. any advice please..or is it worth taking it up the vets.
