Pesties or keepers

i am finishing college soon and starting a new course next year(hopefully) in countryside management and gamekeeping

 

so i was wondering if any keepers, pesties or farmers wanted any labouring doing in the south somerset area as i need a little bit of money and some work experience,

 

any jobs considered i'm 17 years old and willing to work hard and i've got a year of engineering under me belt which could come in useful. i have my own transport (motorbike) and a provisional licence. and can drive small tractors (small massey types)

 

i know a little bit about snaring and trapping but would like to learn from experienced practitioners.

What he means is genuine......you have sold yourself well and if you lived nearer you could come out with me anytime. You have shown commitment and a willingness to learn and don't pretend to know more than you do.......which in my book goes a long way. I hope someone takes you under their wing and shows you the CORRECT way to set traps and snares because you will be a good pupil.

thanks for that mate and its hard to know sometimes. someone told me that the RSPB did pest and predator control and when i went to see them earlier they turned their nose up at me and basically told me in a few moreo words to go away because i was too young, which i found quite suprising really as i told them my age.
