Best Beginner's Book

Recommended Posts

Hello All

Just wondering what would be the best book for a beginner on falconry, And where would I be able to find it, Amazon or Ebay etc..

I know I'm a long way off owning a BOP and still have a lot to understand and learn

Cheers

Falconry, the art and practice, by Emma Ford covers all manner of subjects. Also a book by Lee William Harris, called The Harris Hawk.

I found these very informative. Hope this helps. I would suggest that if you have any questions about falconry, longwings , broadwings in general, go on to the Falconry section of this forum, there's a wealth of experienced people on there that will be only to willing to advise you.

Hope this helps
