I assume you mean a shotgun, if so then you can actually find quite a few guns at that price if you browse through your local gunshops. They may be a little rough but they'll be good for a first gun.

My first (and still my only) shotgun was a Baikal O/U that I paid £25 quid for.

 

If you mean an air rifle then you won't get anything for £50, look at spending about £120-£200 for a nice secondhand springer and scope. Obviously you can spend (much much) more, but if you want something with useable accuracy, a decent trigger and good quality build then you're going to need to look in that price range.

i am considering getting a gun.i have only got £50 to spend.iam hoping to shoot pigeon,pheasant and squirrals

 

what gun do you think i shall get and what gun did you start of with.

 

Beggars realy cant be choosers mate, if you get offered one for £50 and its clean, take it!
