what cind of line do you use and how is it rigd

 

 

2 or 3mm nylon braid.

 

And basically its got hooks hanging off it. "snoods" i believe they are called

hi mate i live 100 meters from the beech and i do a lot of longlineing .over the years i have found the best resolts come

 

1 die your lines dark brown looks like weed go on ebay under clothes die dark brown

 

2 use circle hooks only is a must once fish are on there never get of you can get them of ebay aswell if you have trouble getting them pm me your address and i send you a pack up mate

 

3 use 30lb fluro carbon leader 12 inches snoods from your lingline from a 3 way swivel

 

it has took us years to get this write it dose work well had 27 bass 4 smooth hounds today biggest 9lb we find that fresh mackrell works best we go out in the boat fether for the mackrel then cut them in to three and hook them on the longlines if you cant get mackrel then try cuttle or winkiles just put them back out this evening i take my camara tomorrow and put a few pics up
