kennyboy 1
well, where do i start....one of our labradors died the other day, twisted gut overnight in the kennels. Then our gill with the kits died luckily the kits are 4 wks and old enough to cope but by no means an ideal situation especially as she was the best worker we had. Then monday morning 6.30 am my lad who's 9 came into the bedroom and said he had fallen over, i got up and realised he hadnt fallen over. His face neck ear and arm were burnt, he had no eyebrows and no eyelashes and his hair was all singed, turned out he had tried to light the fire, with diesel and it exploded straight to a and e then off by ambulance to morriston hospital. Luckily he's out now and home, we have been told that he wont be scarred but he is quite crispy and is not very happy but has definately learnt his lesson. So, hopefully that is our lot for a while now and hopefully the saying it comes in 3's is right and we dont have any more bad luck. Got the bank holiday weekend coming, anyone got any suggestions of things to do? Are there any shows on in Wales or surrounding areas? Could do with getting out and cheering ourselves up! God love him he must have been suffering really bad what with the shock and fear. He didn't want mum/dad mad at him but he tried his best. Hope the poor wee mite won't be put off trying to be helpful. What a wee soldier!
droid 11
Sorry to hear about your travails, and I hope your lad makes a swift recovery. It's a good A&E the Morriston....got airfreighted there a few years back when I binned the bike at Llandovery....
