Guest Leveller
After a dissapointing mornings hunting on the league against cruel sports sanctuary I made my way off Exmoor and headed for the Quantock hills for our Minkhounds meet at 11. The meet was a huge do with an awful lot of support we met on a farm to celebrate the owners 80th birthday then a quick walk down to his ponds where he had lost 7 ducks this week but we could only draw the water up from the pond and we blanked so after maybe an hour or so we boxed hounds up and took them on a few miles down the road and put them in to a real river. We drew up through the water in the beautiful Quantock hills along side the West Somerset railway. it was a very good day and there are 2 less rats on the riverbanks this morning. Quote Link to post
