ebay is your best bet!! i just got a new primo cotton tail rabbit call in the post today, lookin forward to seeing it work. i also had the lohmans jack rabbit call (british hare). 3 calls in one pack short, medium and long range. had loads of foxes in with lohmans but they only last a while before they wear out. i think there is a set on ebay now for about £14. alot of guys squeak using there hand and it works very well the only problem is there is alot of people that do it and the foxes have heard it all before. so i wud say a couple of various calls in ur pocket will do well.

For calling in roebucks i hear a call called the "Buttollo" is meant to be very good though i have never used one when i conjunction with a lurcher. The rifle lads say they are amazing if the timing is right.... :good:

this is a stupid question but do you turn the lamp of when calling the fox in, or can you keep it shon on it?

blando, ive kept the lap right on foxes and they've come with in 4 ft of me and my lurchers, they are attracted to the lamp and with the lamp in thier eyes they cant see you..... so it dont really matter i wouldnt think so anyway

try to keep the critter in the edge of the lamp,or shine the lamp on the ground in front of it,so as not to spook it,and just watch its eyes,or use a filter, ive only used red myself, and they soon get used to it i find, but will maby try an amber one sometime,

edit, you dont need to keep the lamp on all the time ,just flick it on to check where it is
