  1. Thanks gentlemen, I'm looking forward to collecting my rifle on Monday and getting to grips with it. I may have to take you up on that offer Davy. I'm just about to make a couple of purchases to go with the new rifle And thought I'd get your opinion before adding to basket. I was looking at either a bottle or pump to fill it and due to there not being anywhere to fill the bottle for 30-40 min drive it looks like I will be going for a pump. I'm considering an FX 4 stage pump. Do any of you have one of these and will it be suitable for the S410? Also, will I need a specific adapter for
  2. Cheers bud, I'll take that on board, seems like a great idea with the pine cones. I already have some of the sticks from work but they're a bit battered from over use. It may be time to buy a set, rather than the home made ones I have
  3. Thanks bud, I need to get a grip on the rifle zeroing, as well. Is there a sort of Collimator for air rifles? If so, do you reccomend any specific ones? As you can't bore sight them, I was wondering if there is anything for you use to check zero after you have transported your weapon? Also, what is chair gun? Cheers.

Any thing from Pellets to use, rifle care, times of day/season for specific quarry, zeroing tips, etc. I've just bought (by reccomendation) an AA S410 superlite hunter .177. I haven't bought a pump/bottle for it yet, so will be looking to get one of those when I collect it on Thursday. The Rifle came with a Hawke Eclipse 4-16x50. I will be mostly using the weapon for hunting (not into targets). There have been a lot of rats around
  5. Hi All I thought I'd drop a few lines introducing myself. I'm new to the world of Air Rifles, although not rifles in general. I'm a serving member of The Parachute Regiment, currently posted to the Salisbury area. I've been in the Paras since 1998 and although I've used a multitude of different weapon systems, this is my first time buying an Air Rifle since I was a child. I've just placed an order for an Airarms S410 superlite .177, with a Hawke Eclipse 4-16x50 Scope. Living in the sticks, near a large river, we get quite a lot of Rats in and around our garden. The rifle wil
