  1. So the flo is on honeymoon and nobody covers their holiday,,,

looks like your in for a long wait the Mitch imagine the back log that will have been building up

5 - 6 months is a joke, just as well you aint found a gun and put it on hold at any rfd, couldnt see them holding it 5-6 months or longer!!

I'd work out the working days since your application mate as it looks like thats the time scale they work to

  2. BSA R-10, picked it up today having spent £120 on a repair and a full service.

    What did you get repaired?

would/should they have stripped probe to get to repair?

You obviously didnt get a service or they would have been on blower to tell you the probes knackered and probably the liner aswell.(metal corrosion passing between items)

Get back onto the shop you got it serviced at its their shoddy workmanship thats at fault here.

  4. Perhaps you are the geek Si.....................................still cannot get my tiny brain around bloody chairgun so I have stopped trying and do it the old fashioned way on the range or perm. At least I have confidence in my tests.

Chairman only gives raw figures mate

Most if not all the lads will then go and back it up with real life testing,

It just saves a bit of time zeroing at different ranges for optimum performance just not as satisfying as pulling the trigger and seeing a pellet strike home though.

  5. Cheers Rez. I've just tested my daughter's cometa on same drum and they don't penetrate either. It is very hard plastic drum. I haven't got a chrono unfortunately. As for pics I'll get some up this afternoon. It is a lovely bit of kit.

Anyone have a over barrel chrono I can lend?

    Kind regards

    Dan

Surprisingly nobody's suggested the yellow pages chronologically tested approach. Lol

You might have to get a rfd to run it through mate if you're unsure of the power, but if you're just plinking so long as it's smooth it's joy.

    Enjoy it
