Fairly busy so far , averaging three a day . I'm even going out Saturdays and Sundays , i look at it as potential new customers that may give you more work longterm.

I got the hunter edition that comes with a differant band set , i think it is 0.7mm and i got on fine with that after i shortened the draw length . I have put a set of 0.65 on with a bullet pouch and that is spot on with 9.5mm steel .

I've just got the Wasp enzo hunter edition in black . A really great frame , i've only had a few shots so far ; but it's becoming one off my favourites already.

(Made a DIY catch box which I've added an image of the completed deisgn. I used a carbon arrow shaft to go in through the top about 5cm from the top the whole way through till the other end which allows me to hang a few t shirts and a towel inside the catch box which helps to slow the projectiles when they penetrate the target plus I added a few extra layers of cardboard at the back with heavy duty duck tape and she holds up pretty well. The beauty of the carbon arrow coming out both ends is that you can use Paracord or rope to hang it on trees or fencing which is great.)

One thing I'm hoping to learn is how to stop buying more rifles having just done it again today. I'm currently still sub-12 ft/lb but if/when the day dawns when I'm in FAC/SGC territory I'll have to be more restrained!

Take a look on Holts auction site , plenty of rifles etc on there ; i've found some great bargains . I think their next auction is in July.

I must admit for targets i just use can lids , now you can peel them off the can . I just put a cable tie through the ring pull bit of the lid and then hang that on a suitable tree branch/twig.

[Grass Snake .]

There's a first for everything , today a lady phoned me to ask if i would remove a grass snake from her pond . Its eating all the wildlife in there she said.

I did turn this job down , not sure how good a grass snake would smell in the van if i even managed to grab hold of it.

A couple of weeks ago i got one of gamekeeper johns bloodstopper ghost cattys ; £20 delivered ready to shoot . Personally i'm very pleased with it ; take a look on youtube.

I must admit i always get rescue ferrets and both the hobs and the gills have had the opp ; usually before i rehome them .  Saves alot of hassle.

Personally i clean out there droppings every evening and completely clean out the hutch once a week and then also give it a hutch cleaner spray .  They have to work for a living , but are looked after extremely well !
