Cheers - I know there is always a risk, even when you personally have shot it with steel, someone else may have non fatally nicked it previously with lead. But saying that there is a risk feeding hawks with commercially bred quail etc due to other diseases as well as wild caught quarry. Where about are you based - more than happy to pay for the cartridges??

Hi everyone - I'm desperately after steel shot pigeon for feeding to falcons. I'm based in Shropshire but willing to travel if anyone is using steel shot and willing to sell? Many thanks in anticipation. Karl
