thanks for the replys, im from barrow in furness, its the harris hawks im looking into getting, im looking into groupes that are local to me so hopefully i'll get some time handling some hawks.also i have two salukis which will need to be introduced to the bird so any advice on this would be greatfully received.

hi im just after some help/advice as im wanting to start falconry, could anyone recomend any books and/or online pages i could read, i dont want to jump into this without doing plenty of research ect, i have been doing some research into it but i would also like to get advise of experienced handlers on here. thanks in advance chris.

hi just thought id say hello,im from cumbria ive been on here before but it was a couple of year ago. had some time out from hunting due to family and work commitments but getting back into it now.
