I'd have a word with the landowner and see if he sould sort it out for you, otherwise, go elsewhere politely and maybe he'll give you a call in the future. I make some wine at home and I usually give the landowners a bottle for holidays, same as I do to most people I know. I'd keep doing that and have a chat with the owner, just to see how things are working out.
