Probably spend more that 30 hrs a week on the shoot when u take in to account the weekend bet its more like 50. I'm there at least twice aday first light and evenings. Some times lunch just depends on work.

When ever I wasn't working I'm out on shoot feed on a daily basis. With me being self employed I'm flexible but I would say I roughly do 30hr at work and probably the same on the shoot. The estate I spent a lot of time on when younger was sandbeck. Do you know where there are any possible vacancies.

Hi Worthy last season i released 1000 pheasants and 300 partridge, the shoot is roughy 450 acers with about 45 acres off woodland (also had experience rearing on a large commercial estate nearby which do all there partridges from day olds. What do you mean by the hours i work. and im packing the syndicate in because i feel it is at its limit with what you can do with it now, also i want to follow my passion and become a full time keeper.

Hi all i know its a long shot but thought i would put this on here you never know any way in a 28yr from yorkshire looking for a new challange, currently run a syndicate shoot and looking to move on to pastures new, i have great experiance of rearing, shoot managment, pest contol, woodland managment, conservation, shoot finances, game cover producton. i am a fac and shotgun licence holder, hold a full driving licence with trailer licence and much more.
