  5. My male Charlie is out of the lines of a dog called "Blue" in the West Yorkshire area. Believe the chap that owned this dog was called Les Gedge (sorry if this is spelt wrong) I aren't going to pretend I know anymore than this but would be interested if anybody else could tell me anymore about Blue? I have seen a picture of him that someone showed me and he looked a cracker:)
  6. Alot of people don't realise that chocolate can kill a dog,the number of friends i've seen giving there "pet" dogs a piece of chocolate  and when I told them what it can do if they eat enough looked at me in disbelief Have they found the cause at all?

  11. Your name says it all mate, put ye pics in shooting section then if ye shot it,as for getting personal I don't know you as I already said, you the one taking it personal, why would I want to belittle anyone?I'm just defending the use of bullx breeds,I'm no better than no one mate,I can only speak through experience lad,I'm forty a little bit older than you,ive had lurchers all my life, ive had bull lurchers for nearly twenty years so I think I can say my bit don't you?you the one trying to belittle people trying to make me look bad haha do you honestly think getting a proper bullx is the way to s
  12. Whats my name on here got to do with anything red? Chose it because I like watching my bull x's run so what? And whats wrong with the picture of the fox? As it happens it was a large dog fox I got with the 222,and it wasn't just slung away to rot its now stuffed and pride of place in my room! So what if my hunting experience started with an air rifle etc.....most peoples will be! seems your trying to get abit personal about things or is it just because you have so much more experience with Lurchers that makes you so much better than anyone and try to belittle everyone? I have around 6 years ex
  13. With regards to what FTB? anything in particular?
  14. I'm not inexperienced around dogs by any means, but this was no ordinary dog! You don't fit the criteria mate, and you're right bullx are no ordinary dog, going hunting with people with bullx is no reason to get one yeself,my daughter has been hunting with them but she's never gonna be able to work one herself, you only learn by mistakes though mate, maybe next time you will know wat to expect, some people treat them like fishing rods, stick them in the shed, get them out weekends, stick them back in the shed, you can't do this with a bullx you need to keep on top of them before they get on top o

  16. Agree 100% and as for the ppl saying drive but dont rip up the land its un-avoidable if its catchable were going for it and to all you "by the book" walking lads can put more tackle in-front of the dogs in a night that most will in a month on foot SIMPLE Ha not saying everything is done by the book but when your churning up your permission and pissing the farmer landowner off its not going to be long before ye get ye collar felt....and if it isn't your permission in the 1st place your probably spoiling it for someone else.

They didn't get a good response and lost there car! Never used to get bothered by th
