cheers lads for the input ive had a word with him now, hes going to cross it with something else now, nothing to do with hunting , maybe breed some jackadanes due to feed prices rising and the recession

when i was younger lots of people ran this x it was very popular but as dog food prices rise, it is difficult to justify keeping such a large breed, this is one of his reasons for scaling the size down,

My friend has a great dane bitch and is contemplating crossing her either with a whippet or gh or a whipet ghx.any opinions or advice to give him.?if he does do it i would be interested in a bitch as this is a x that interests me.as i would imagine it would have loads of stamina but a first x may lack speed.
