  1. Ive had this problem i put it down to over working the set i left it for a while went back and the set was back to normal atb kev

  4. I spoke to the person i got him off and he sed he was about 4 years old european polecat but he has always bin so healthy its a bit of a shock when something like this happens so quickly

Thanks and i will be getting another ferret and he was faken to a vet who gave me no help what so ever and just gave him anti biotics its people like joe who should be giving better advice than to not get another ferret in my eyes the ferret had a very good life and was not just sat in a cage all its life he was worked often enough and always gave good results so telling me to not get another ferret i an absolute joke!!!!

My ferret has been a bit ill over the last few weeks not been eating well at all went stick thin so brought him inside in the warm and gave him a selection of different foods that he likes he nibbled but still wasnt eating well .over the last few days it looked like he was picking up a bit eating a bit more and gaining a bit of energy untill this morning i checked on him and he had sadly died ive had him for about a year and he has never had anything like this before he has always been kept in a warm dry place and been fed and watered constantly. Does anyone have any idea of what mite have cau
  8. That is the problem ive been getting the rabbit comes out of the hole feels the net and runs back in.most ov the time my ferret catches it when it goes back in but just kills it in the hole and leaves it. Thanks for the advise mate will go for the lighter nets from now on
  9. I have a friend qho makes nets out of garden twine and this is quite thick but he assured me they would not tangle and would be very strong.surely the rabbit will see the nets will this make a difference?
  10. I have just startted ferreting had my polecat a few months now is there any hints and tips anyone can give me wolyld be very greatfull
