    What is on top of the Photon and can you just swap the scope to the NV and maintain zero. Phil ..;........... Yes mate I use UTG QR mounts, just switch between scopes no bother.     Not a bad evening out, I went to the pig farm first to knock over a few corvids and then the rats once it got dark. Shot probably 15-20 rats a couple in daylight hours an I got a few on camera to, once it got to dark to use the scope I switched over to the photon XT. I hand loaded a few pollymags into the .25 Vulcan to have a go at a few rats and the damage in .25 was pretty extreme! I left there and then popped to another local permission and had a go at a few rabbits, managed 4 in total 3 all one after the other on film As I was leaving 2 foxes where sat in the field next to

    Cheers lads, I've got a Hawk tac 30 for daytime use and the photon for night time, I put utg QR mounts on both and yesterday was the first time trying it out. Worked perfect, within 5 seconds I went from day shooting to night shooting, zero was true so I'm very happy I made the decision to do it that way. In regards to the Vulcan comparing to a full length rifle, I'm a strong believer every rifle has its purpose.     so whats ya reall thoughts on this gun I like this one myself ..............................................................Nice and compact, very easy to shoulder and aim, easy to hold on a target, trigger is a little to sensitive but I'm sure it could be adjusted I haven't looked at it yet though. Im waiting for a few tins of different pellets to do some range testing but the jsb jumbos are grouping well at 50 yards. The fps spread was a little to much for my liking so looked into it and forms it was mainly due to a poorly finished hammer spring. I've since refinished the spring and r

    Nice bit of film mate showing the misses as well makes the video more genuine .....cheers pal, we all miss don't we so I think that it should be shown, if I hit one low, I'd follow up with another shot as quickly as possible and I'd show that to..it's all part of what we all love to do..no point sugar coating it...it happens
