    Flying Free

When do you lads know when your bird is ready to fly free, the signals I look for are that my bird (harris hawk) will come confidently to the glove on the creance and that she will face me in the mews and the aviary and obviously when her weight is right but I was told by a bloke I recently met that as soon as his bird will jump to the glove he lets it free, am I doing it wrong and being a bit cautious or am I doing the right thing
