Yep that's 'the' Zac.
He's a beauty!
-
Is the dog with the merle markings on his head called Zac? Because he looks familiar (don't recognise any of the other dogs)
If not, then it's gotta be a litter mate!
-
Bandaged up at the moment so hopefully he will be able to run in the next couple of months
Keeping fit and winning this race

Shame and hope Jack has a quick recovery, he seemed fine the other week as well. You are best off sticking with the greyhound vets in future instead of pet vets
He's fine normally but after a hard run he will hold his paw up and limp a little,
Not worth risking damaging it more though

what happened?
He's had some swelling on his joint for 2 months and has had 2 xrays. The vets said he's fine and can run etc..
Wasn't too happy with what they were telling me so went to see Frances Allen a greyhound vet. She read his medical notes and there's been a reaction on the bone and thinks he's got an avulsion? Basically part of the bone may have come away from the ligament causing the swelling.
He's not lame but can't stand his leg being touched.
Has to have his leg strapped up for a couple of weeks. If it doesn't sort the problem out he may need surgery.
P1ssed off with the normal vets not picking up the problem :censored: :censored:

keep working that bitch pal, an if she makes it to 4 or 5 years of age withoot any serious injurys/death or jacking then think about breeding off her, an 2 days a week aint exactly a lot, fair enuff its that all ye can get out, but there are guys out 5 nites a week an still leave there bitches till 4 or 5 to breed, just enjoy the wee bitch ye got now an work her as hard as ye can

is fair comment, she just come out of season so got a while yet ??I personally think she's too young to be bred from.
If she's as good as you say, why not get a few more seasons under belt to see if she gets better? That's what I would do
I would personally give her a few more years. See if she improve. If not, there's so many well bred litters already out there
-
killed her first hare at 6 months mate, no bullshitso she was out hunting twice a week at 6 mnth old
Think about what you write on a forum where anyone can see :whistling:
